Ice Universe posted on the Chinese microblogging website Weibo that the Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim phone’s thickness could be 6.x mm, which means it could come with between 6mm to 7mm.
In addition to the Galaxy S25 Slim phone’s thickness, another tipster Debayan Roy leaked speculated specifications sound too good to be true.

According to the leaks, the Slim variant will feature a 6.66-inch screen, similar to the Galaxy S25+. Galaxy S25 Slim may feature three lenses a 200MP HP5 main camera + 50MP JN5 ultrawide-angle shooter, and a 50MP JN5 telephoto sensor with 3.5X optical zoom.
