A few days ago, a new One UI 7 test build for the Galaxy S21 FE surfaced online, which suggests that Samsung is moving ahead with its internal testing process. Android 15 will be the second last major Android OS upgrade for the Galaxy S21 FE, as it launched the Android 12 and One UI 5.0.

On the flip side, Galaxy S21, S21+, and S21 Ultra will get One UI 7 last major update.
