Samsung is rolling out a new One UI May 2025 update for the Galaxy S24 FE smartphone, and Galaxy S24 series smartphone users are waiting for this security upgrade over One UI 7.
This new firmware addresses and installs new security issues in the smartphone with the release of May 2025 One UI security patches. Therefore, all of the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE users should get this firmware as soon as it arrives.
Users who are wondering about the installation should head to Settings and go to the Software Update section at the bottom of the menu.
The company might do this rollout in batches; in that case, we suggest you check for the new firmware via the notification as well.
Aside from the May 2025 security patches, the One UI S721NKSS3BYDF update doesn’t mention any other features or system optimizations for the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE. The May 2025 update comes with various fixes for software issues.
For the time being, Samsung has not confirmed any details or a major software release for this FE-series smartphone, but it would be better if the company could surprise the users with another feature-filled OTA update.
