Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra One UI 7.1 test build spotted [AYA1]
After confirming that all the models of the Galaxy S25 series will be powered by the Snapdragon chipset in all countries. Samsung has started testing Android 15-based One UI 7.1 firmware on the Galaxy S25 Ultra smartphone ahead of its tentative launch. Currently, the major One UI build testing is conducted for the Indian variant.
According to the latest information from the One UI Test Build Detection app – Checkfirm reveals that the One UI build is currently being tested on the Galaxy S25 Ultra (SM-S938B (INS)) model. The One UI 7.1 version testing on Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra smartphone with firmware S938BXXU1AYA1.
It is noteworthy that this test generates CSC code INS, which shows that it is being tested for Indian users. At the moment, we don’t have any information about the release date of the One UI 7.1 update, but from today’s information, we can hope that the release is close.
As per the reports, the Samsung Galaxy S25 series will launch with the One UI 7 OS on January 22 at the Galaxy Unpacked event 2025. Several rumors, leaks, and information started surfacing online that revealed its design, display, battery, software, processor, and more.
A couple of days ago, new versions of Samsung Notes and Samsung Voice Recorder were spotted on APKMirror, indicating support for One UI 7.1 based on Android 15, which confirms that the update is under development.
One UI 7.1 is said to be a software rich in AI features that may first launch on the Galaxy S25 series. These may include AI Video Object Eraser, AI Summary, and AI Emoji to enhance user experience and customization.
Select older flagship models will be eligible for the One UI 7.1 update, which will be rolled out for devices running Android 15 OS this year.
