Samsung has merged DeepSeek AI in Bixby on the Galaxy S25.

After Apple, Samsung has also integrated DeepSeek AI technology into China for its Galaxy S25 series. Vivo, Huawei, Honor, and many other Chinese companies have started integrating this AI model into their devices.
The Galaxy S25 series features collaboration between Gemini and Samsung’s apps and services, setting the standard as a true AI companion for AI phones. However, the Korean tech giant has taken it a step further with its own AI offering to fortify its presence in the Chinese market.
As of February 27, sales of the Galaxy S25 series surpassed 1 million units in South Korea in just 21 days. At the same time, the company attributes the success of the Galaxy S25 series to its modern hardware, improved performance, thin and light design, strong consumer interest, and positive response to advanced AI features.
A reliable tipster, IceUniverse, has shared a video that shows Bixby conducting a query leveraging DeepSeek AI on the Galaxy S25 series. It is worth noting that this integration does not affect Gemini and Galaxy AI on the Samsung flagship series as it is being offered through Bixby.
DeepSeek has surpassed its foreign competitors, such as ChatGPT and Gemin,i with its powerful AI capabilities and cost-effectiveness. Thus, it is the perfect AI technology to use for phones and possibly other devices in China.
