Samsung recently launched the Galaxy S25 series which includes some new Galaxy AI features to make your life easier. At the Unpacked event, Samsung announced the expansion of Galaxy AI to include 7 new Indian languages ​​and dialects.

With the One UI 7 software, Galaxy AI brings a host of intelligent features to make your everyday tasks easier. Call Transcript, Chat Assist, Interpreter, Writing Assist, Drawing Assist, and Circle to Search are some of the amazing features that break the language barriers among Galaxy smartphone users.

Since the launch of Galaxy AI with the Galaxy S24 series early last year, the Korean tech giant has been developing it with regular updates. In October 2024, The company introduced the expansion of Galaxy AI to four more languages: Turkish, Dutch, Swedish, and Romanian.

Yesterday, at the Galaxy Unpacked event in India, Aditya Babbar, vice president of product marketing at Samsung’s MX division, announced that the Galaxy AI will soon support 7 more Indian languages:

  2. Gujarati
  3. Marathi
  4. Tamil
  5. Telugu
  6. Bengali
  7. Urdu.

Samsung’s Galaxy AI already supports 20 languages, with this announcement it has reached 27 languages. This announcement means that even more users will experience fewer linguistic and cultural barriers in their daily lives through the power of Galaxy AI.

With this announcement, Samsung is ensuring that the advancements in Galaxy AI will be accessible to everyone. With gradual updates and language expansion, the suite of AI and GenAI features is covering a wider audience for a better experience, especially Indian users.

Following Korea, Samsung has started releasing the July 2025 security patch for the Galaxy S25 series smartphone. The update is currently rolling out in some US network carrier including locked models on AT&T, and the company will expand it soon to more countries.

Samsung Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Plus, and Galaxy S25 Ultra users with One UI builds S931USQS5AYE7, S936USQS5AYE7, and S938USQS5AYE7 can confirm the July 2025 security patch. 

One UI 8 has been under beta testing for the Samsung Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Plus, and Galaxy S25 Ultra for a long time. Earlier, three builds had been released, showing that the company is soon to release a major stable update for this device. While the company has not officially confirmed the release date, the One UI 8 update for the Galaxy S25 series is expected to roll out soon.

 Right now, users of the Samsung Galaxy S25 series smartphone can download the July 2025 security update, making their device ready for future updates. Notably, the July 2025 security patch addresses 1 critical and 21 high-level CVEs impacting the Android operating system. However, two of these CVEs are not applicable to Galaxy devices.

In addition to the patches provided by Google, Samsung has introduced 17 SVE items to enhance the user experience. The latest security update enhances system security and stability by addressing several issues related to Knox security, Galaxy Watch system interface, Samsung Account, Wi-Fi passwords, Bluetooth, Emergency SOS, and more.

To check for software updates manually, go to your phone’s Settings. At the bottom, you will find the Software Update section, just open it. In the submenu, if your Galaxy receives a new OTA, you need to click on the Download and Install button.

It’s a surprise because Samsung is rolling out a brand new software update for the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S22 series with July 2025 system improvements. This is the latest improvement for the amazing flagship and one of the most significant releases from the company.

Samsung is releasing firmware versions S90xNKSS7FYG1 and S91xNKSS6DYG1 for the  Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S22 series, accompanied by a downloadable package of 437 megabytes. According to the changelog, the phone is shipping new system improvements for a better user experience in certain situations.

The latest firmware only brings a security patch released in July 2025. Apart from this, you will not find any other additional information in the changelog. But the new patch aims to improve the current state of the phone and make it more reliable for users.

Samsung Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S22 series are receiving the July 2025 software update with the latest system improvements in phases. Therefore, the release may take some time to reach all of the users. However, we suggest all of you to check this firmware manually via Settings.
