Samsung launched the Galaxy A06 smartphone in September 2024 in India and now the company is planning to launch its 5G variants. Ahead of the launch, we have received leaked specifications of the Samsung Galaxy A06 5G smartphone.

A tipster @Sudhanshu1414 has shared the full specifications of the Samsung Galaxy A06 5G and claims that Samsung will launch it in India soon. The 4G variant of this smartphone is basically a slimmer version of the 5G model that is currently available in India and more markets.

The latest information suggests that the Galaxy A06 5G smartphone will be powered by a – MediaTek Dimensity 6300 instead of the MediaTek Helio G85 that is used in the 4G variant. In addition, it will be available in 4GB+64GB, 4GB+128GB, and 6GB+128GB storage.

Additionally, the phone will reportedly get four new versions of the operating system and security updates for four years, while the 4G variant will only get two new versions of the operating system and security updates for two years.

Moreover,  the Samsung Galaxy A06 5G will boast a large 6.7-inch HD+ LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate, to offer users improved and more clear visuals.

The device will be equipped with a Dimensity 6300 processor for powerful performance and feature a dual camera setup consisting of 50MP main and 2MP depth sensors, while, the device may sport a 8MP selfie camera on the front.

Moving on, the smartphone will be packed with 5,000mAh with 25W charging and come pre-installed with Android 15-based One UI 7 software. Other than specifications, the tipster hasn’t revealed the exact launch date and the price of the device. We expect leaks about those things to arrive in the coming weeks.

According to the leaker, the Galaxy S26 Ultra will have a 24MP default and portrait mode. It may also feature Adaptive Pixel, which reduces noise by combining multiple low-resolution photos into one high-resolution image.

Additionally, the Galaxy S26 Ultra Optical has a focus speed slider for portrait and video modes. Camera assistance mode – allows turning off HDR10+ and using regular HDR.
