Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge Snapdragon 8 Elite hits impressive Geekbench highs
Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge with Snapdragon 8 Elite has appeared on Geekbench. The slimmest phone has now been benchmarked with stellar scores in both single-core and multi-core tests, setting new performance standards.
@tarunvats33 noted that the Galaxy S25 Edge has appeared on the Geekbench platform. It has the model number SM-S937B and showed notable scores.
The Galaxy S25 Edge Slim’s international variant running Snapdragon 8 Elite has obtained 2806 points in the single-core test and 8416 points in the multi-core test on Geekbench. The smartphone earlier reached 3005 and 6945 points in single and multi-core tests on the same benchmark.
Samsung has listed the 12GB RAM variant on the performance platform. Judging from the chipset’s CPU architecture, it appears to Snapdragon 8 Elite Processor.
There is a noticeable difference between the recent and previous benchmark scores on the multi-core test. The official unveiling is still a few months away, which will result in further performance improvements with software optimizations.
Most of these features are similar to the Galaxy S25+. It will be interesting to see what major changes the device will bring in its camera apart from the design segment.
The listing does not reveal any other information about the device apart from the chip details and model number. Samsung will reveal the exact parameters of the Galaxy S25 Edge in the second quarter of 2025. Stay tuned

According to the leaker, the Galaxy S26 Ultra will have a 24MP default and portrait mode. It may also feature Adaptive Pixel, which reduces noise by combining multiple low-resolution photos into one high-resolution image.
Additionally, the Galaxy S26 Ultra Optical has a focus speed slider for portrait and video modes. Camera assistance mode – allows turning off HDR10+ and using regular HDR.
