February 2025 is going on and Samsung has rolled out a new update for its Camera app for Galaxy devices running One UI 7 software update. Identified via version 15.0.02.13, the new update is elevating the photography experience for its users and is now available on the Galaxy Store.

This new update improves existing functions and addresses issues fixed in the previous release. However, this update does not include any new features or changes other than supporting ExpertRaw mode.

Samsung ExpertRAW mode is Samsung’s advanced camera mode for its Galaxy smartphones. It offers manual controls for ISO, shutter speed, EV, metering, and white balance to help you get the right exposure.

Samsung ensures that users can capture life’s moments with greater ease and quality through continuous improvements. The February 2025 update of the Samsung Camera app provides a more intuitive and powerful camera app for its users.

On online forums, some rumors claim that Samsung is set to launch Android 7-based One UI 7 along with the next-generation foldable phones, Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Z Flip 16, in July. The Korean tech giant is expected to release the One UI 7 beta program for the Galaxy S25 series and some more eligible flagships soon. Samsung is also planning to launch the Galaxy S26 series with One UI 8.5.

The latest update includes a widget for Samsung phones, as spotted by a reliable tipster. The widget has been modified to make it more functional and user-friendly to make it easier to search and find what you need.

The One UI 8 Samsung Phone app widget adjusts to your preferred light or dark display settings. The header mentioned “Recents” and the subsequent section shows the three most recent calls, that too with the respective types like outgoing, incoming, and missed through icons.

Also, the Recent Calls widget default layout includes two options within the widgets section, including 2×2 and 4×2. As per the report, you can stack the widgets, but there is no customisation section right now.

Good Lock’s Keys Cafe is now compatible with One UI 7

Samsung is rolling out an update to the  Keys Cafe app, a module for the brand’s Good Lock app.  The Keys Cafe app update changes the app’s version to 1.7.0.11 and makes it compatible with the company’s Android 15-based One UI 7, allowing you to use it on Galaxy phones and tablets running Android 15 and One UI 7. 

One UI 7 is the latest version of Samsung’s software, which offers new features and improvements. However, good lock modules like Keys Cafe were not working on this firmware.
