These Galaxy devices may get One UI 7 stable update in February 2025

Stable One UI 7 will completely change the user interface of your Samsung Galaxy phone. Beta testing of the new software was started at the beginning of the month, with a stable rollout planned with the upcoming Galaxy S series (Galaxy S25) devices in the first quarter of 2025, possibly on January 22. Meanwhile, the question now is when will we see the stable One UI 7 update on our Galaxy devices?
This question arises after a report reveals that older Galaxy phones, including the Galaxy S23, won’t get the beta update. So in this article, we are sharing the list of Galaxy devices that can get One UI 7 stable update in February 2025.
Samsung is actively working on the One UI 7 Beta Program for the Galaxy S24 series and the One UI 7 Beta 3 could be rolled out between December 30 and January 6. Besides, these devices may get the Beta 4 and Beta 5 update in January 2025.
Meanwhile, we can expect that Samsung may share the One UI 7 rollout timeline at the Galaxy Unpacked event, which is rumored held on January 22. 2025.
Why Samsung might skip the One UI 7 beta for older Galaxy devices
Due to the launch of the Galaxy S25 series in January and Google releasing Android 16, Samsung may be skipping the beta program for older devices like the Galaxy S23 and S22 series.
Another reason for older Galaxy devices skipping the beta program is that the Korean tech giant is quite late in releasing the new One UI update this year. In the past 2-3 years, the company released the stable One UI update before the end of the year. However, this year, the firm delayed the release of the One UI beta update by almost three months.
Hence, these Galaxy devices may get the One UI 7 stable update in February 2025.
