Samsung release One UI 7.1

Recently, Smartprix discovered some mysterious code of Samsung Apps that hinted at the existence of the One UI 8 version. The code mentions One UI 6.1, One UI 6.1.1, and One UI 7.0, while One UI 7.1 and One UI 7.1.1 have been omitted. Now, the question in the minds of Galaxy fans is will Samsung release the One UI 7.1 software update?

Will Samsung release One UI 7.1?

Will Samsung release One UI 7.1, refer to the previous strategies, the answer is very simple, yes. But this year Google is also making some changes in this update cycle, so we can say that Samsung may make changes to it.

But, recently, the early development of One UI 8 indicates the absence of One UI 7.1 and One UI 7.1.1. On the other hand, we are already hearing rumors rejecting the existence of the One UI 7.1 version

Samsung is all set to launch the Galaxy S25 series on January 22 at the Galaxy Unpacked 2025 event. Plus, the company already confirmed that the upcoming Galaxy S series will ship the One UI 7. On the flip side, a tipster also claims that the Samsung Galaxy S25 series will come with OneUI 7.0 at launch and it will take 1-2 months before any hint of One UI 7.1 is revealed publicly.

On the other hand, Samsung has been very late in releasing the One UI 7 update and we have entered January and Samsung has not shown any signs of the ‘official’ release of One UI 7. Now, it remains to be seen how Samsung releases all the updates like One UI 7, One UI 7.1, One UI 7.1.1, as well as One UI 8 this year.

So what do you think, what will Samsung do? Will it release One UI 7.1? Let us know in the poll below.
