200MP periscope camera could potentially debut on Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra

Today, news comes from Chinese leakster Digital Chat Station that Samsung is considering a 200MP periscope telephoto camera with a 1/1.5″ sensor size, which may come with next year’s flagship, the Galaxy S26 Ultra.
Additionally, he also said that it looks like this could be the next big trend in 2026, and three of the five ultra-flagship phones released this year have a 200-megapixel telephoto.

Earlier, a tipster had said that the camera of the Galaxy S26 Ultra will be similar to the Galaxy S25 Ultra with better sensors.
