Samsung Galaxy 7 Android updates

Regular software support defines how long your phone will stay protected. Even the best Samsung Galaxy phones become vulnerable to malicious elements once the security support expires. As of the launch of the Galaxy S24 series, Samsung has expanded software support to a full 7 years of security patches, Android OS updates, One UI upgrades, and features improvements.

Samsung Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra are the first phones engineered for the generative AI era, with smart features and 7 major Android updates. Moreover, Samsung phones receive regular software updates, including security enhancements, new features, One UI updates, bug fixes, and more.

Aside from Google and Samsung, no other major smartphone brand offers such a dedicated level of support and longevity. This software support policy makes the Galaxy phones below a more durable smartphone option, as they will stay protected and perform well for up to seven years.

Testing of the initial beta builds of this update has already begun, and new information suggests that Samsung is planning a significant upgrade to Game Booster+ in One UI 8.5.
