Samsung has released the One UI 7 beta software for the Galaxy S24 series in Germany, Korea, the UK, and the US, and will be released in India and Poland next week. This update made a surprising debut and accompanies a range of exciting features and improvements. However, some beta users are facing issues with Google apps and Good Lock modules are not working properly with the One UI 7 beta update.

Recently, users conveyed having Android Auto compatibility issues in the One UI 7 beta, they explained the system automatically disconnects and reconnects during navigation. On the flip side, another user also reported that Gook Lock’s Good Guardians app closes instantly.

In both cases, Samsung has confirmed that the apps will get One UI 7 support soon with the stable release. This means that users will be able to use the apps properly with the stable One UI 7 update.

Furthermore, for Android Auto compatibility issues, the moderator advised concerned users to submit error reports via the Samsung Members app. Also, he elaborated that user feedback is important during beta testing of the upcoming software, here is how to submit an error report:

1. Open Samsung Members.
2. Navigate to One UI Beta Program > Beta Feedback.
3. Attach any relevant screenshots (if possible).
4. Ensure “Send system log data” is checked, then submit the report.

Important: Please submit the report within 15 minutes of reproducing the issue for accurate log data collection.

One UI 7 makes considerable changes to the UI and enhances many existing features while also introducing a ton of new functionality, like Now Bar, Large Folder, Vertical App drawer, and many more.

Samsung has officially released the One UI 8 update for the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite, Galaxy A06 5G, and Galaxy F17 5G smartphones. The update is based on Android 16 and obtains new features, a new design, and improved performance. Users of these devices in South Korea and India have started receiving the update.
