Galaxy S25 Ultra Specifications
Galaxy S25 Ultra equips a 6.9-inch Dynamic LTPO AMOLED plate which gives a QHD+ resolution (3120 x 1440 pixels), 19.5:9 screen aspect ratio, 2900 nits pack brightness, 120Hz refresh rate, and more.
The Chinese OEM will use the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset paired with the Adreno 830 GPU. It brings a handful of AI features like Now Berif, Gemini AI integration on system apps, AI notifications, and more.
Galaxy S25 Ultra brings a quad-camera setup including a 200 MP main camera with 2x optical zoom, a 50 MP ultra-wide camera, a 50 MP telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom and 10x optical-quality zoom, and a 10 MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. Samsung June 2025 Security Patch Details
