The good news is sneaking from the blog of Phonearena. Breaking out the surprising information, the blogger clarifies that Samsung has upgraded Galaxy S25 with a massive 24GB One UI 7 update to enhance the user experience to more extent.

To enhance the efficiency of the Galaxy S25 series models, Samsung is now rolling out its first One UI 7 update in the European and US markets. The firmware is stapled with version S93xBXXU1AYA1 and S93xUSQU1AYA1 and brings a massive software package of 24 gigabytes in size.

The report claims that this firmware update is much bigger than the initial update of 14GB for Galaxy S24. This means that One UI 7 on Galaxy S25 phones is going to be packed with AI tools and that is probably the reason why the update size is 24GB.

Although this update is tagged in stages, it will reach all users in the coming days. Till then you can try installing the latest update via the Settings app.

Tap on Software update > then tap on Download and install. Now the Galaxy phone will access the server to get the firmware build for you. However, the whole process may take some time so don’t forget to have a cup of coffee with you.

Last month, the Galaxy S25 series already received the February 2025 security patch to target any unknown issues or privacy threats in the device. Hence, Galaxy S25 series phone users should prioritize this major firmware and install it as soon as possible.
