Galaxy S25 Edge US launch

The first edition of Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge Slim may be launched for limited quantities. The company is actively working on its first slim phone with ultra specifications and features. Meanwhile, a recent leak reveals the price of Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge for Korea.

Additionally, the Korean tech giant has teased the upcoming Galaxy S25 Edge to fans at Galaxy Unpacked and MWC 2025 but hasn’t revealed everything about the device just yet including price. Some reports have said that the Galaxy S25 Edge could be priced between the S25+ and S25 Ultra.

Galaxy S25 Edge Price

Now, a new report has revealed the exact launch price of the Galaxy S25 Edge for Korea. According to this new report, Samsung will sell the 512GB variant of the Galaxy S25 Edge in Korea for 1,630,000 won ($1,118) and the 265GB variant for 1,500,000 won ($1,029). For reference, the Galaxy S25 Ultra with 256GB storage costs 1,698,400 won ($1,165) in Korea, and the 512GB model costs 1,841,400 won ($1,263).

Furthermore, Financial News reports that Samsung is developing the first slim flagship phone, aiming for a limited initial release. According to it, Samsung will initially supply around 40,000 Galaxy S25 Edge units, and more will be produced following feedback. It suggests that the initial Galaxy S25 Edge launch will be very limited.

Apart from this, the report also reveals that after the formal announcement in April, this phone can hit the market in May. It is worth noting that Samsung sold 1 million Galaxy S25 units in Korea within the first 21 days of its launch. The initial batch of 40,000 units for the phone seems very small in comparison.

The Galaxy S25 Edge has a 6.6-inch display, and it reportedly has a 200-megapixel primary camera and an ultrawide lens but not a telephoto lens. The battery could be around 4000mAh with 25W charging support.
