All three high-end phones bring many improvements over their predecessors. A new leak hints of Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra 5G’s performance boost and cooling innovations with a vapor chamber, and the upcoming flagship handsets pack upgraded specs and features.
Ahead of the official launch on January 22 at Galaxy Unpacked 2025, credible tipstar, AhmedQwaider revealed detailed key specs of the Galaxy S25 series in addition to the performance boost and vapor chamber tech upgrades of the Galaxy S25 Ultra.
Galaxy S25 series vapor chamber to run cool
According to the report, The Galaxy S25 series will have bigger vapor chamber heat dissipation systems than their predecessors. The Galaxy S24 series devices introduced decently big vapor chamber cooling systems for their processors, and the Galaxy S25 series improved upon it even further.
The Galaxy S25/S25+ and Galaxy S25 Ultra flagships have 10 percent and 42 percent better heat dissipation than the Galaxy S24/S24+ and Galaxy S25 Ultra, respectively.
Additionally, the leaker suggests that the heat will be distributed throughout the device so you won’t feel any heat, which points to an even larger vapor chamber plate on the device.
Galaxy S25 Ultra performance boost with Snapdragon 8 Elite
Moreover, Ahmed also claims that the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra provides an extremely fast and smooth experience through its powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite Mobile Platform, delivering increased CPU, GPU, and NPU speeds (38%, 34%, and 43% respectively), along with improved power efficiency.
Samsung Galaxy S25 series Specifications
